My Story
My journey with Scentsy began in March 2009. I attended a vendor event and was on my way out the door when I smelled something really good. The aroma brought me back in and I chatted at length with the Scentsy vendor who was melting Sticky Cinnamon Bun in her Scentsy warmer. The vendor gave me a warmer and a bar to take home and try and told me to call her in a week. I took the warmer home to try and loved it. I couldn't wait a week to call the vendor, so I signed up the next day, March 8, 2009. My goal was to move into a leadership position of Director, which I achieved 8 months after joining. Building a team, sharing the wonderful Scentsy products, and building excitement about the business opportunity with as many people as possible are my primary objectives. Getting in on the ground floor with the fastest growing direct sales company in history is so exciting!! In June 2010, I went on the CableCars to Coconuts incentive trip to Hawaii. OMG, what an experience! Scentsy treated us like royalty, surprises in our room every night, fun gifts. What a great way to meet and make friends with consultants from all over the US and Canada. In September 2010, I went on the Beantown Bash trip to Boston as one of the top 100 sales achievers during a four month period. We did some really fun things, a Fenway Park tour, a Segway tour, a moonlight cruise in the harbor, and a murder mystery event. I also got to see my friends that I met in Hawaii, and I made some new friends too. In June 2011, my husband, daughter and I went to Disney World. Thank you Scentsy for coming up with an incentive trip that the whole family can enjoy! In June 2012, Punta Cana was our destination. We stayed at the Hard Rock Casino and Resort. This was the first trip that members of my team earned and it was amazing to share this experience with them! Scentsy is a great way to earn a part time or full time income.
